Pet Health Care Plan
Preventative health, made easy and affordable as a discounted package

The Pet Health Care Plan was designed to make it easy for you to protect your pet and your family against preventable diseases, by making sure your pet's vaccinations and parasite control are up to date. It also includes two annual health checks - one with a Vet at the same time as annual vaccination and another with a Nurse 6 months later. The cost is spread by convenient direct debit monthly payments and signing up to the plan gives you access to discounted prices.

Regular health checks allow earlier diagnosis of possible health issues and thereby provide the opportunity for more effective treatments and potentially reduced costs.

The Pet Health Plan is not pet insurance and does not cover accidents and treatment for illness, but is for routine preventative health care, such as vaccination, worming, flea and other external parasite treatments and healths checks - full details below.

We have teamed up with a company called Premier Vet Alliance, who take care of the administration of the plan and collect the direct debit payments.

Vaccination boosters will not be included within the plan if due within the first 3 months after the start date. If they are due within the first 3 months, they will be charged for at the standard fee.
Direct debit will be taken at the 3rd of each month. If an alternative date has been selected when joining online, the date will be altered to the 3rd of the month.
It is the clients responsibility to book their own appointments and collect their parasite treatments.
Any uncollected treatments at the end of each 12 month plan period can not be refunded.
If a Direct Debit is cancelled, then the vlaue of treatments collected will be calculated and will be owed to the Practice.
If a Direct Debit collection fails, then the client is liable for a £10 bank charge.
A client has the right to cancel at any time, but must do so by contacting the surgery.
